Denis Chauvin, Executive Chef at Home Bistro, a native of Brittany, France, is a graduate of the Culinary School Academy of Nantes, France where he completed two years of post-graduate study in food technologies. Before moving to the United States, Denis worked in several top Michelin-rated restaurants, including Hotel Restaurant Lameloise in Chagny and Le Petit Colombier in Paris.
